2. Cancellation by Maya Toys
Maya Toys reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion under circumstances including but not limited to:
- Stock unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraud or suspicious activity
- Payment authorization failures
- Operational limitations
- Legal or regulatory restrictions
- Incorrect customer information

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
Where a cancellation qualifies for a refund, the refund will generally be processed through:

6. Jurisdiction
This Cancellation Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Cancellation Policy shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Delhi, India.
